3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and pricing are accurate.

As many of our items are vintage, antique, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, minor variations, imperfections, signs of age, and differences in colour or finish may occur and should not be considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Pricing errors have occurred

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • We are unable to fulfil the order

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Plush Atelier shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate.

Where applicable under consumer protection legislation, customers may be entitled to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

Certain items may be excluded from return, including:

  • Custom-made items

  • Bespoke products

  • Items made to a customer's specification

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

9. Interior Design Services

Interior design consultations, sourcing services, styling services, and project management services are provided based on information supplied by the client.

While we make every effort to achieve desired outcomes, all design recommendations are subjective and final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Estimated costs, timelines, and supplier availability are provided in good faith but may be subject to change.

Separate project agreements may apply for larger design projects.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Plush Atelier unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
